About us: The Williams Company has been locally owned and operated since 1982 and has always called Knoxville, TN, "home." As a local, family owned and operated property Management Company we tend to have a different approach than many other property management companies in that we are in it for the long haul. By this we mean that we do not buy, flip, and sell properties for a quick profit. This is important for two reasons:

1. We build our properties from the ground up and manage them ourselves. Therefore we know them inside and out. There is no red tape, no band aid and bubble gum fixes. We aim to fix things right the first time even if it costs more, because it is the right way to treat our residents and because we if we do short term, inadequate fixes, then we will be the ones ten years from now that will have clean up the mess. There is no passing the buck.

2. Due to our long haul approach this means that the property will not be sold out from under you and cause you to be job hunting again. Because of this we are able to have property managers that have been with us for 25+ years and maintenance staff that have been with us for 30+ years.

Maintenance Tech

We are looking for a maintenance person to round out our experienced team. We offer a limited call schedule currently set at every third week, top pay and benefits with a starting package of +-$34000-52000/year depending on experience including company paid benefits and allowances based on +-15 hours OT/month. We provide allowances for truck, tools and phone. retirement plan, 100% company paid health insurance premiums, paid holidays, vacation and sick days adding up to 6+ WEEKS paid time off after only four years of continuous service with 22 paid days off the first year.
