2. What will my utility bills cost?
We built Fox Lake with low utility bills in mind. We have gas heat and gas hot water with a one inch stucco exterior (similar to a Styrofoam cup) for the most efficient energy rating possible.

3. Can I have a pet?
Yes, we allow a maximum
of two pets up to 25 pounds each, with
a signed pet lease and paid pet fees.
We also have two buildings where we
allow larger "non-aggressive" breeds..
4. How do you handle service requests?
We offer 24 hour emergency
service everyday. We always have
a maintenance person on call at night
and on weekends. We
also have a full time staff on site
each day Monday through Friday.

6. What term leases do you offer?
12 - 13 Month Leases
an upcharge of $70.00 per month on a less than 12 month
6-12 months on furnished
7. Do you have extra storage spaces available?
Yes, we have on site
10' x 25' ($125/m) and 10' x 10' spaces
($70/m). Lease dates parallel your
condo lease term.
8. Are there
any fish in the lake?
Yes, there are Blue Gill, Bass, Carp, Cat Fish and turtles living in the lake. We also have an Otter family and Beaver family. We occasionally have duck, geese and Blue Herron that come to visit.
9. How many
telephone lines are in each unit?
Fox Lake has been pre-wired
for up to 2 phone lines in each bedroom
10. How deep
is the lake?
Up to 4 ½ - 6 feet in the center. We have found one area where the spring water comes in at our foot bridge that is much deeper.
11. Do you have
high speed Internet access?
Yes, Comcast offers cable, high speed internet and phone service.
12. Do you have Digital Cable TV?
Yes, Comcast Cable offers up to 200 channels with a digital option.
