Directions from Fox Lake: Go left on Fox Lonas to Cedar Bluff Rd, take a left at stop light on Middlebrook Pike (in front of Kroger).  Go down Middlebrook approximately 3 miles to left onto Lovell Road, across from Ball Camp School. West Knox Utilities is a big blue building on the left, approximately 1/2 mile down Lovell Road.
